Jeg er overrasket over alle de negative anmeldelser af Payless LAX. Jeg fik en god handel gennem trips.com på en SUV i fuld størrelse. Payless ejes af Budget/Avis, så skrankerne er kombineret, og det samme gælder deres flåder. Damen ved skranken fortalte mig, hvilken SUV de havde til mig, men jeg blev ikke fundet, så hun opgraderede mig gratis til en større SUV. Den var meget ren. Hele processen var en leg, og jeg var inde og ude inden for 30 minutter.

Bilen var virkelig fin. Vi bookede en kompaktbil, som skulle have haft plads til 2 bagagerum, men den rummede faktisk kun én. Vi betalte for en opgradering, og trip.com tilbød os en bonus. Bilen var god, og forbruget også.

Der var et skilt, hvor der stod noget i retning af: "Ændrer prisen sig afhængigt af, om du selv tanker benzin?", men uanset hvordan jeg oversatte det, kunne jeg ikke forstå det, lol. Instruktionerne blev ved med at komme, og jeg endte med at stjæle mit kreditkort, og jeg ved stadig ikke, hvilken pris jeg endte med at betale.

Selvom køretøjets stand desværre ikke var ideel, var der ingen større problemer med dets drift. Personalets hurtige service og venlige kundeservice var virkelig fremragende. Mit depositum blev også annulleret inden for tre dage, og jeg modtog en afbestillingskvittering via sms. Jeg vil leje en bil igen næste gang jeg besøger LA. A valid photo ID (your passport or other internationally accepted ID). Can I rent a car without a credit card?
A credit card is required for car rentals. A credit card must be used for car rental online payments, and is required to pay the deposit at pick-up.
Do I need to pay a deposit at pick-up?
Yes, you need to pay a deposit at pick-up to protect against damage and loss. The deposit is payable when you arrive at the branch for pick-up. The deposit amount is decided by the rental supplier; please contact your rental supplier directly if you have any related queries. The deposit amount will be frozen on the main driver's credit card for the duration of the rental period. After the rental period is completed, the deposit will usually be returned to the same credit card within 28–45 working days. Actual policies and practices may vary according to the rental supplier.
Do I need to buy insurance for my rental package?

Is there a charge for canceling my booking?
In most cases, no fee is charged for canceling your booking.
