Dette hotel er virkelig fantastisk!Dets beliggenhed er perfekt, beliggende i hjertet af alt37413;restauranter, shopping og historiske steder er alle tæt på. Udsigten fra vores værelse og patio over bækkenet er muligvis den bedste kystsygdom, du kan have i Amalfi.Solsøen og solnedgangen er helt fantastisk.  Hotellet har et moderne og komfortabelt design, mens det er nedsænket i en multi-historisk ældre bygning.Værelset selv var stilfuldt, komfortabelt og chic.Bedroom, morgenmad selv og udsigten meget simpelthen 10 ud af 10.  Det, der virkelig stod ud for mig, var folket og den ekstraordinære tjeneste.De gik ud af deres vej for at få mig til at føle mig hjemme og behageligt.Den oprindelige reception og den komplimentære flaske vin, måske den bedste, jeg havde i Italien, stjal virkelig showet. Jeg kommer sikkert tilbage!

We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!
